8 oz fresh scallops, rinsed and trimmed
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Coat scallops in buttermilk then roll in breadcrumbs. Spread over baking sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 450* for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm when pressed.
