Bourbon-Orange Grilled Chicken

recipe ingredients
4 each boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. orange zest
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons bourbon
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tablespoon steak sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 pinch cloves

recipe directions
Mix all ingredients well. Marinate chicken 4 hours. Remove from marinade and grill, basting with marinade frequently.

Grill 15 to 20 minutes over indirect heat, until no pink remains.

    This was absolutely delicious! My parents said no bourbon thought… but it was still fabulous!

    Yummy recipe. I marinated all day because I had to do in the morning and go to work. Great taste.

    Easy and tasty, especially for such a low fat, low calorie dish. Add a little fruit salsa as a side!
