recipe ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. ground black pepper

recipe directions
Place Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a large skillet. Add chicken breasts and heat over medium high heat until it just comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until done, about 15 or 20 minutes. Turn chicken occasionally.

    We tried this recipe last night for grilled chicken salads. I thought it tasted great!! The Worcestershire sauce made my house smell a little, but it was totally worth it. It was very easy to cook and tasted fantastic for only 181 calories.
