Black Bean and Red Pepper Salad

2 large red bell peppers, chopped
1 15- to 16-ounce can black beans, rinsed, well drained
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
recipe directions
Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
