Beer Bread

recipe ingredients
3 cups self-rising flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 can beer, room temperature
1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp water

recipe directions
Combine flour, sugar, and beer until just mixed and pour into a nonstick bread pan which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Let sit 15 minutes to rise. Brush with egg/water mixture. Bake at 375* for about an hour, till done.

    Delicious! One problem: it’s very difficult to eat just one slice! Try different beers each time you make it for differences in flavor.
