Beef and Pasta Stew

recipe ingredients
1 1/2 cups small shell pasta (5 1/2-ounces)
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can beef broth
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons A.1. Steak Sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
5 cups cleaned and torn spinach leaves (about 5 ounces)
3/4 pound beef top round, cut into thin strips

recipe directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Heat broth, tomatoes, steak sauce and red pepper flakes to a boil; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pasta and spinach; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in beef; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until beef is done.

    I made this recipe thinking my husband wouldn’t really enjoy it or it would lack some flavor due to the simplicty of the recipe but I was mistaken. He went back for seconds and we both loved the flavor! This is be a staple in our menu=)

    Wow…this recipe is amazing! I didn’t think my daughter would like it because of the spinach, or at least eat around it…she ate it all! and went back for more too! Although, I did make a couple of changes only cuz I didn’t have all the ingredients…instead of beef top round, sliced into strips, I used 98% fat free ground beef, a can of no salt added diced tomatoes (for lower sodium), and worcestshire sauce instead of A1 sauce bcuz I ran out…lol…also I used 1 tblsp of my favorite seasoning, “Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning” ooooh so good!!!
