I modified this recipe by using dried basil and ommitting the pine nuts (couldn’t find either one at the grocery store). It was delicious and I will make it again.
I enjoyed this salad. It was delicious and will be good to share with guests.
I’m vegetarian, so I used Quorn’s chick’n tenders–it came out awesome! I served it over lettuce and spinach for a summer night dinner.
