Banana Orange Berry Smoothies

recipe ingredients
1 8-ounce container nonfat cherry yogurt
1 banana, peeled, cut into pieces
1 orange, peeled, white pith removed, cut into segments
8 frozen dark cherries
6 frozen strawberries

recipe directions
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.

    This recipe was absolutely DELICIOUS! I even added a little flaxseed for added health benefits and it was truly delightful. My only complaint is that I think it ended up being a bit over 168 calories per serving. I ate both servings too … it was too yummy to share!
