recipe ingredients
4 cups hot cooked orzo pasta
3/4 cup egg substitute
2 Tbsp. soft whole wheat or whte bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. pesto
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

recipe directions
Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray a 3 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and spoon into dish. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
