8 oz light sour cream
1 (4 1/2 oz) can shrimp, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well. Cover and chill until serving time. Serve as a dip with raw vegetables. Nutrition information is for a one tablespoon serving.
