10 tea bags
4 cans (12 oz each) apricot or peach nectar
1/2 cup snipped fresh mint, slightly crushed
1/4 cup sugar
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil; remove from heat and add tea bags. Let steep 3 to 5 minutes; discard bags. Stir in nectar, mint, and sugar. Cover and chill for 4 hours. To serve, pour tea through a fine mesh strainer into a serving pitcher. Serve with ice cubes.
