8 ounces nonfat cream cheese
1 small apple, finely minced (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in apples and walnuts. Use as a spread for graham crackers or toast.
