Apple Maple Smoothies

2 c apple sauce
1 c apple cider
1 c orange juice
2 Tbsp. Vermont maple syrup
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
recipe directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

I think this smoothie is wonderful I made it while my husband was on a business trip. I was watching the kids, while checking out this recipe. I made it with our new blender and put extra ingredients for a treat to serve the kids. I wrote this recipe in my book to keep it… Thank you for this tasty smoothie.
