recipe ingredients
1 can (12 ounces) solid white Albacore tuna in water, drained
4 cups broccoli florets or 10 oz. package frozen broccoli cuts
1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. fettucine
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

recipe directions
In a large pot of boiling water, cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Remove with a slotted spoon to serving bowl. Add fettuccine to same pot of boiling water, and cook until tender. Drain and add broccoli. Stir in Albacore tuna. In saucpan, combine remaining ingredients, stirring until sauce is smooth and heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and toss.
