Lunch - 11/05/09
If I don’t cut this down, I’m going to start clucking and pecking at my floor.
Low-carb egg salad
- 2 hard boiled eggs - 0 carbs
- 6 no-sugar added bread and butter pickles (they use Splenda in them. LOVE these) - 1 net carb
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of mayo - 0 carbs
TOTAL - 1 net carb!!!
Of course, then I ate 2 jello cups as well. Um, and a string cheese between breakfast and lunch. So, ok.
TOTAL - 4 net carbs!!! Still darn good. ![]()
