Lunch 11/04/09
Ok, I’m going to have to think about this one. I ate leftovers from a meal that I made a couple nights ago, so I’m not 100% sure what the carb count is. I’ll give it a try, though.
Chicken Enchilada Soup ingredients
- Cream of Chicken soup - 6 net carbs (10 for a can. I’m guessing the portion I had included about 1/2 a can)
- Cream - 0 net carbs
- Canned chopped green chilies - 3 net carbs (2 for each 2tbls searving. I’m guessing I ate 3 tbls)
- Chicken - 0 net carbs
- Mexican-style shredded cheese - 1 net carb
Everybody else got some tortilla strips on top of their soup. I didn’t miss it, though.
Total for the meal - 10 net carbs
I’m going to have to get these meals closer to 7-8 net carbs. Pretty soon I’m going to be eating bacon and pork rinds.
