<p>Excercise&#8230; had an apt. for an orientation at the gym I recently joined. One of the trainers showed me how to use the equiptment and had me do 10 reps on each machine. she also showed me some ab excercises using the workout ball and mat.  This took 40ish minutes. Then I did 50 minutes on the treadmill &#8230; just over 3 miles.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m down 35 pounds! 11 more pounds till I get back the the 200&#8217;s!</p>

<p>In other news&#8230; I joined a gym! I have an appointment with one of the trainers tomorow night for an orientation to the equipment and to set me up with a workout plan. I&#8217;m so glad that this is offered because I have no clue how to work the machines or what and how much I should be doing. I&#8217;m looking forward to adding some weight training and things to my walking.</p>

<p>Snack.. banana and one small light and fit yogurt&#8230; 160</p>
<p>Dinner&#8230; went out to eat but didn&#8217;t do too bad &#8230; black bean burger w/ bun, 1 slice provolone cheese and 1 serving ketchup&#8230; and about 1 and a half servings of brocolli/cauliflower/carrots&#8230; 500?</p>
<p>Snack&#8230; 2 small light and fit yogurts&#8230; 120 and then I snuck two orange slice gummies&#8230; 100</p>

<p>I am down 27 pounds now! It is ridiculous how fast I am losing. I have even bumped up my calories and have been trying to eat 1500 a day&#8230; but I&#8217;m still losing so fast. I know most say it is unhealthy, but I think there are some reasons for it. I have PCOS&#8230; which has made me gain weight in the past. I think the sudden jolt to my metabolism of lots of excercise and healthier eating has played with the insulin levels and hormones in my body. Also, I had been on Effexor for depression for about a year and stopped taking it in January. I found out after I was on it that Effexor has a reputation for making people gain and retain weight. Just as I was starting my new plan for better health and weight loss, I was put on a new drug. I am now on Celexa and Wellbutrin. My doctor told me that celexa helps to control hunger and would probably help me lose weight faster. Plus&#8230; when I started I weighed 346&#8230; I think my body is just like&#8230;. &#8220;THANK GOD!!&#8221; right now and is shedding the excess weight that it definitely doesn&#8217;t need quickly.</p>
