Lunch…. Peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat, a banana, and a lemonade juice box…. 480
Dinner…. 2 small pieces of pizza (leftover from last night)… 500

Breakfast: A nut horn cookie at work…. oops. Skipped breakfast because I woke up late and had a cookie. 200-250 calories? (could be even more than that).
