Calories…. 1000 … low low low! I woke up really late and so I didn’t get in breakfast really.
“Brunch” (at 2pm! haha yay for being off and sleeping laate!)… some leftover hummus and a little pieice of pita 50?… 2 black bean burgers 240… 1 nonfat yogurt 50… 2 servings mixed veggies 50……. 390 in all
Dinner… 2.5 servings tofu made buffalo flavored…280…1 serving peas 60… 340
Snack… 2 sugar free fudgesicles… 70
Snack #2…. a banana and 1 tablespoon peanutbetter…. 200
Excercise… 35 minutes on weight machines and 35 minutes on the treadmill.
