Meal #4…. I was soo hungry and had only had about 980 calories and was craving protein… so I had 2 vegan boca patties, 2 slices of light whole grain bread and some ketchup… 235
Excercise… walked 4 miles ![]()

Wow, your menu seems nice and simple! How long does it take you to walk 4 miles? I am currently only walking about 1.25 miles at most each day and I’d like to eventually get up to 5 miles a day. Seems like I’d be walking for about 2 hours a day to accomplish that.
