Breakfast… cheerios w/ skim and a banana… 250

Lunch… 2 asian veggie burgers and an apple 280

Dinner… 2 grilled “chicken” burgers, 2 slices light multi grain bread, half serving bbq sauce, serving and a half of carrots…. 385

Snack… 2 fat free yogurts… 110

… one sugar free fudgesicle… 35

Excercise… had an apt. for an orientation at the gym I recently joined. One of the trainers showed me how to use the equiptment and had me do 10 reps on each machine. she also showed me some ab excercises using the workout ball and mat.  This took 40ish minutes. Then I did 50 minutes on the treadmill … just over 3 miles.

I’m down 35 pounds! 11 more pounds till I get back the the 200’s!
