So I had a few really busy and stressful days at work and some other stuff going on. I’m not oging to post my food etc. for those days. I watched and vaguely counted. I’m going to start again tonight with my calorie counts and excercise log.
In other news… I joined a gym! I have an appointment with one of the trainers tomorow night for an orientation to the equipment and to set me up with a workout plan. I’m so glad that this is offered because I have no clue how to work the machines or what and how much I should be doing. I’m looking forward to adding some weight training and things to my walking.
Calories eaten… 1030 …. low I know.
Brunch… cheerios with skim… 150
Snack.. banana and one small light and fit yogurt… 160
Dinner… went out to eat but didn’t do too bad … black bean burger w/ bun, 1 slice provolone cheese and 1 serving ketchup… and about 1 and a half servings of brocolli/cauliflower/carrots… 500?
Snack… 2 small light and fit yogurts… 120 and then I snuck two orange slice gummies… 100
