Calories eaten…1310

Breakfast… cheerios w/ skim, 1 light and fit yogurt, a banana…. 310

Lunch… 2 boca burgers, 2 slices low calorie wheat bread, ketchup, light and fit yogurt and an apple… 380

Dinner… 2 servings tofu and snow peas in garlic ginger sauce… and then 2 orange slice gummies for desert… 385

Meal #4… Southbeach brand high protein bar… light and fit yogurt (gee its been a yogurt full day! haha… they are just the 4oz ones though) and a sugar free fudgesicle (quite possibly the most amazing invention EVER haha)… 235

Miles walked… 4 plus some weights at the gym… yes… I joined a gym! It is one of the Snap fitness gyms that is open 24 hours. My best friend Josh has belonged there for awhile and finally got me to join to!

Also… I’m down 30 pounds!
