Calories eaten… 1278

Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios with skim and a banana… 300

Lunch… 2 tomatoe basil veggie burgers (200) w/bun (130) and an apple (80)… 410

Dinner… 2 servings tofu (120) 2 servings brocolli (50) 1 serving spaghetti sauce (90) half serving shaky cheese (8?)… 268

Meal #4…. one serving hummus and baked pita chips (140) and one light and fit yogurt (60)… 200

Snack…. banana… 100

I totaly break the not eating at night rule… but it works for me… because I don’t walk until about 9pm.  I don’t have time during the work day to eat more than one meal.

    Hey, if it works for you, it works.

    I don’t think those guidelines like ‘don’t eat after 7pm’ should be applied without thinking about yourself, your own habits, your problem times.

    Looks like pretty healthy choices - keep up the good work
