Calories eaten…. 1270

Breakfast…. cheerios dry and a banana… 200

Lunch…. 2 grillers veggie burgers and a lowfat yogurt…. 470

Snack…. one serving of hummus with one serving of baked pita chips…. 140

Dinner… 2 servings tofu and 2 servings brocoli with curry…. 340

Snack/Sunday cheat….. less than one serving of mint chocolate chip icecream…. 120?

… I know the icecream and the pita chips weren’t great choices… but I had lots of protein today and I’m within my calories. I decided when I started that I am allowed to cheat a little bit on Sundays and have things I would stay away from otherwise… in particular the icecream.

Miles walked… going to walk 4 here shortly.
