I was off and woke up late so I didn’t really have breakfast.
Lunch… tofu with mexican spices and a little cheese and a banana… 300
Dinner… 2 asian veggie burgers… 2 servings of steamed brocolli with a a little butter and a strawberry lowfat yogurt… 470
Snack… a large apple with one serving of peanut butter… 280
… then later on I snuck 3 orange slice gummies… 150
Miles walked… 4… and I very slowly jogged for about the last quarter of a mile of it.
