Breakfast…. Cheerios and skim and a banana…. 250
Lunch…. 2 veggie “grilled chicken” patties, one slice of lite wheat, one cup lowfat peach yogurt, an apple…. 435
Dinner…. 2 veggie patties and 2 slices lite wheat w/ ketchup…. 280
“Snack”…. a little bit of hummus and pita and a diet coke and rum while out with a friend….. 370ish
… then 2 orange slice gummies when I got home…. 100… I wanted sugar so bad! ugh.
Miles walked… 1 or 2 while out on the south side of Pittsburgh with my friend.
It was a lazy day in terms of excercise, and my food choices weren’t 100% great. It was nice to have a day to relax though. Weighing just over 320 pounds and walking 4 miles a day makes your feet hurt!
