Lunch… Taco Bell Bean Buritto… 350… I know… not the greatest choice… but once a week I am alowing myself to forget my lunch and get a bean buritto at taco bell
Dinner… Stirfried tofu and sugar snap peas with curry…. lowfat organic yogurt for desert…. about 440
Snack… after I walk I always am hungry! haha…so I’m going to have an apple… 100…. it will bump my calories up over 1000. I know it isn’t good ot eat late at night… but oh well.
Snack #2…. I was feeling… woozy. I need to hit at least 1300- 1500 to not feel sick at the end of the day… I had a peanut butter sandwich to bump me up… I feel better. 155 calories (2 slices low calorie wheat bread [35cal per slice] and 1 Tbsp. peanutbutter.
Some days I am having tons of trouble reaching my calorie level. I don’t want lack of calories to slow my weight loss. Yar.
