Calories eaten today… 880

Breakfast…. 1 serving cheerios w/ skim milk……. 150

Lunch…. 2 boca burgers (no bun) w/ ketchup and an apple……. 230

Dinner….. 2 small slices of pizza (my parents bought it for me… I would have eaten healthier for dinner otherwise)…… 500? I’m really proud of myself for only eating 2 pieces. Pizza is one of those dangerous foods for me. There were times when I would eat like 5 pieces at a time.

Miles walked today…. 4 :)

I went 8 laps around my block (which is .5 mile). I went the “hard” way tonight to, which is the direction I go that makes me go up the big hill. When I go the other way I go up two smaller hills and go down the big hill. I’m really proud of myself for making it 4 miles tonight. I told my mom that i may only do a mile or two, and I ended up doing all 4. I feel really good to :)

    Pizza is difficult to stop eating. It has all the irresistable stuff on it. You should be very proud of yourself for stopping when you wanted more! Other foods to be cautious of: Potato chips and chocolate. I know they make me weak.

    Hi- congrats on your decision to lose weight and improve your life! I hope you don’t mind me commenting, but I noticed that you’re eating about 800 cals a day and I must say I’m a little concerned for you. For your weight/height/age you should be eating 2800 cals a day TO LOSE weight. I know it sounds weird, but at the moment, if you weight 350 pounds your body needs more or less 3360 to maintain your current weight. If you have 500 less than than (through eating less cals and exercising) you WILL lose steadily and healthily. If not, your body may lose for a bit and then stop and store (really depressing cos you’re not eating much anyway) Check ‘calorie counter’on the internet to see for yourself. Best of luck! ;) Leigh
