Time to get crackin on those exercise minutes. 

Breakfast.  nutty granola with milk

Lunch. rotisserie chicken thigh, 1 slice buttered toast

Snack. 2 c coffee, cheese

Dinner. 1 1/2 c fried rice

Exercise: 60 min. taebo workout video. Yes! 215 min. of exercise!

Breakfast. nutty granola and 4 frosted mini wheats with milk

Snack. 5 snapea crisps, 1 persimmon

Lunch. 6 chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, 1/2 c corn

Snack. 2 clementine oranges

Dinner. slices of steak, 1/2 c kim chee, c of rice,  sauteed onions and mushrooms

Exercise: 30 min. on treadmill

Lunch. vietnamese beef noodle soup, 2 egg rolls

Snack. 4 chocolate caramel kisses, a persimmon

Dinner. 3 slices of ultra thin sicilian pizza

Snack. 2 clementine oranges

Breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs with buttered toast

Snack. cheese stick, grande caramel brulee latte

Lunch. 1 apple donut, 1/2 ham sandwich

Dinner. linguine with red clam sauce

Black Friday.  Skipped breakfast and munched on granola in between shopping.

Lunch finally at about 1:00.  Chipotle steak burrito bowl with guacamole.

Dinner. leftover Thanksgiving dinner. ham, squash

Exercise. 30 min. abs, arms, and butt blaster exercises

Breakfast. nutty granola and milk, coffee

Lunch. 1/2 pb&j sandwich

Snack. multigrain crackers, celery, carrots, with veggie dip

Dinner. couple slices of ham, 1/2 c mashed potatoes and gravy, 1/2 c roasted butternut squash, 5 asparagus spears, slice of pumpkin pie with whip cream

Snack. 1 cheese stick

Lunch. leftover turkey and peas pasta

Snack. an apple and some cheese

Dinner.  ramen with eggs and cabbage

Snack. vanilla yogurt with nutty granola

Oops, messed up on the date last time.  It should’ve been Monday, Nov. 23.  Ok.

Breakfast. 1/2 a ww bagel with laughing cow swiss cheese, and 1 banana, 1 cup of coffee

Snack. 1/2 cup nutty granola

Lunch. large bowl of beef meatballs and noodles, 1 slice of cake

Snack. 1 granola bar

Dinner with friends at Tuk Tuk. sticky rice, larb, mango and sweet rice for dessert

dinner. sausage, spinach, cheese calzone

late snack.  yogurt and nutty granola

exercise: 60 min. bootcamp + 35 min. on the treadmill

No snack

Lunch– bowl of rice with chicken and bell pepper stir fry, medium pumpkin chai

Snack– 10 snap pea crisps, water

Dinner– bacon and potatoe hash browns with an egg, slice of cake

Exercise: 31 min.
