So I am 18 years old, around 9 stone 12/13 in the mornings and I’m trying something new. I’ve been stuck trying to do diet after diet for the past 5 years, but nothing seems to work. I just seem to write chart after chart about what I will do and not what I will stick to. well I’ve come up with a new method. Introducing changes slowly to make sure I stick to them.
We’ve got a big holiday coming up and I hate the chub rub I get in-between my legs, I have had this for the past 3 years now.
Since stopping education I have put on around half a stone. which Is very annoying because instead of wanting to lose half a stone I now want to lose 1 whole stone!
I’ve given myself 3 months to make these changes to my life. I cant keep feeling disappointed in myself and crying in my room. It may take longer than I want it too, but I need to make this work for the future, and it needs to be done right.
I would love to be an actress, and especially in this profession I need to be at least a stone lighter, I wouldn’t go under 8 and a half stone, I would just like to get to a weight that I am happy with.
It doesn’t help that I have a family who love junk food, but its time for my will power to kick in, for me to focus on what I want to achieve and to make it happen. I am stuck at home now because my education has stopped which means its hard for me to do much exercise, I dance 7 ish hours a week, but the rest I am sat down doing nothing, this part needs to change.
