Day 11

Well, I felt rather odd yesterday (Day 10). I felt like I was forcing myself to eat the 500 calories I needed. I just ate the 500 calories and nothing else. No salad, no nothing. I didn’t even take a pill to curb my appetite. Maybe my body is getting used to the new diet after 10 or 11 days and I won’t have to take as much pills now. It is rather interesting to say the least.

It may just be an isolated incident, but I found it odd regardless. I have had some days before my diet where I just didn’t want to eat at all, but forced myself, so it may stem from that. Perhaps my body was tired of salad and just didn’t want any yesterday.
