1st Weigh In

Well, I made it through week 1, and went to get weighed. I can’t believe how much weight I loss in a week!

Weight Loss: 9.8lbs

  3. Actually, would you believe nothing? I mean I do walk around the whole Walmart store a time or two when I need some groceries, but nothing else. I am on night shift, so I don’t wake up until after 3pm, so I haven’t been able to get to the park where I usually walk.

    I did just buy a DVD that helps you walk at home, but the pedometer is broken so I am going to have to take it back. I also bought one of those 10 minute dance DVD’s so I will probably start that today.

    As for the crazy amount of weight, well, I am on a 500 calorie diet so it actually makes sense that I lose more than a normal diet.
