First Impressions Weight Loss Diet
Well, today I went to my first visit with First Impressions Weight Loss. The people were really nice, and many of them have had the same problems losing weight that I have. It really helps seeing them after they are all done, and knowing that they used to be bigger and now look so good.
Luckily, I already had my blood work done, so that saved me a little bit of money. and saved me from trying to have some blood taken. It takes forever. *chuckles*
I had a little snag in the beginning, and thought I wouldn’t be able to start the diet. It seems that the EKG that they give me said abnormal, so I was going to have to get a letter from my doctor that said it was okay to start the diet.
Well, apparently my new doctor requires 48 hrs notice of any letters that she needs to write, so I called them back at FIT, and asked them what they thought I should do in the mean time. They suggested we could start on the herbal and after I got the approval I could go on the other.
Well, when I got back to the office, they said, hey, let’s try the EKG one more time. Maybe it was just a fluke. Low and behold, they were right! I will be able to start tomorrow!
Sadly, and I don’t know how, I somehow lost my book for the program at Walmart when I was grocery shopping. I will have to pick up another one on Monday.
