Greetings Friends!

I am a 27 year old social worker born and raised in the Pacific Northwest.  I have been blogging on 3FC for a few years now and have gone from 215 to 120 and now back to 156.  I really want to lose these last 30 lbs again, but like most social workers my life is extreamly stressful and I have a hard time controlling my emotional/stress eating habits.  I have maintained in the mid 150’s for over a year now and feel like I’m finally ready to try and lose again.  When I found out my sister also wanted to lose 20-30 lbs I decided…why not make it a good old fashioned competition?  So I challenged her to a race to Christmas…whoever loses the greatest percentage of their body weight by then wins!  My goals for this challenge are to get back to making healthy living a priority, modifying some of my stress eating behaviors and off course kicking my sister’s butt!  You can root for whoever you’d like…but I know you’ll make the right choice
