Meal Breakdown for day 1 (02/11/13)
Breakfast- black seedles grapes, 1 banana, strawberries
Lunch- salad greens, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, zucchini, 1 cup pinto beans, lime cumin dressing (homemade/oil free)
Dinner-1 cup vegan poblano and bean chili, 1 cup steamed broccoli, salad
how i am feeling- 7- i have had a migraine all day and I think its because i did not have my usual 4-5 cups of coffee lol. I wanted to try to cut caffeine cold turkey but i think i made need to do it slowly cuz this migraine is kicking my butt. only goes to show how toxic caffeine can be. u don’t here anyone even complain about getting migraines cuz they went without their morning dose of juice or carrots lol. I reread ETL and he states that we can have max 1 cup of coffee per day so i may implement that rule to help deal with the withdrawal.
