Not talking about the snow (which we’ve had in abundance in this part of the UK) but white sugar! Yes, for the first time EVER I’ve sailed through the holidays without a single chocolate, mince pie, cake, bowl of ice cream or huge pile of biscuits and I haven’t even wanted them. True, I’ve been poorly but that’s never stopped me from stuffing my face in the past….no, it’s all down to following the principles of Paul McKenna’s “I can make you thin” - I have eaten when I’ve been hungry and eaten until satisfied and it simply hasn’t left room for the usual empty calories. I’ve lost 6lbs since the 15th of December!

2 Alpro Soya yoghurts, handful of Jordans Raspberry Crunch, handful of blueberries
Small bowl of ginger noodles with red onions and tofu
2 Alpro Soya yoghurts, pineapple slices

No walking due to chest infection
