Its so important to pull yourself back up and keep going.

Live in the present. Because the past is already gone, and the future is never here.

Be good to yourself. You deserve it!

You have a really good outlook even though the weight gain. That's the way to do it. I think it's amazing how you feel that even though you slipped up it's still worth it and your still motivated. Great job and you sound like you can do it and buying those things just helps with that motivation. Way to go and good luck!

I think you are the only person on the planet who actually likes the cabbage soup :)

But it sounds like you're using it sensibly, to fill you up while still eating other nutritious foods. In no time those pants will be a bit looser.

Yep sunnydaze I definetly like seeing the collarbone!!! Glad I'm not the only one. I joke around about it because it's the only truly "skinny" part of my body so I definetly love seeing it. Good luck in your journey!!!!!

What an inspiation you are. I'm on my way to getting out of the 200's and I keep looking at my colorbone in the mirror which I can see a little more everyday so it was hilarious to read your post and know that someone else "wanted a collarbone" just like me. LOL! Keep up the great work!

Sleeveless is a hard thing to pull off w/confidence so good for you! The other day my son was feeling my muscles and he told me that they were "all dangly." I couldn't decide if I should laugh or be angry.

Keep making great progress!

Congratulations! I know the first time I did that, I nearly cried tears of joy in the fitting room! I did shriek a little and did a happy dance, though! Again, congratulations!

Congrats on the weight loss! I too loved Lane Bryant Jeans but I have finally lost enough inches/weight to where nothing fits me from there. Keep up the great work

I think you'll find that once you start using the exercise ball that you'll make quick progress. Reading your post reminds me that I need to get mine back out.

And way to go on splitting the wrap in half. That's great that 1/2 fills you up in the morning and then allows a snack. Eating more regularly (for the same amount of calories) will keep your metabolism firing.
