I just got down to 222 and what do I do? Eat like a pig on Sunday because everyone at work is bringing in food galore. Then yesterday and today I do the same like a darn fool! The groceries are getting low so I know what’s happening, I’m eating higer carbs, which are not filling me up and making my sugar go haywire, and causing me to eat even more!
My husband and I get paid this week so the plan is to get some good healthy groceries and get my butt back in gear!
