Yeah!

Finally got past my never ending plateau, am now down to 222.5!  It’s nice being on the low end of the 220’s.  I’ve been switching things up a bit with exercising and in addition to walking have been doing the stretches and crunches.  I must say, laying on the floor and pulling in my stomach is the nicest feeling!  I feel the tautness of my belly as the fat slips to the side and I can almost imagine what it’s like to have a flat belly!  I know that crunches can’t target the belly fat but strenthening those muscles is all to the good IMO!
