Goals and aspirations…

…just like on college entrance essays :P

current smaller goals - drink 3 bottles of water a day, no junk food from shoppette, no fast food

Reward for reaching ONEderland: something I want at that time but haven’t bought for myself :)

Reward for reaching FINAL GOAL!!! (160ish): new clothes, of course!

  1. Hi, just wanted to say your last quote: ‘can’t vs won’t’ has already made me re-evaluate a few things. I quite often find myself saying ‘I can’t be bothered’ but now i know I’m just excusing myself because I know I won’t be bothered to do whatever it is I don’t want to do. That and I think ‘I can’t run’ when I really know ‘I won’t run’ is the truth. Hmmm, I need to go ponder my negative attitude and sort it out, Thanks :)
