I ate oatmeal for breakfast, a spinach and strawberry salad with yogurt and an orange for lunch, and chicken/bell pepper fajitas for dinner. Total, 945 calories.
I drank 4 glasses of water. I normally drink 6, but instead of drinking water while I work, I left early today to handle some business and didn’t have time to get a bottle to take with me.
I am really proud of the fact that I have managed to stave off drinking anything other than water most days (days off are bad for that). I have quit soda and even the “juices” that I used to love so much. 100% fruit juice and water is the majority of what I have. I didn’t have meat until dinner, and I think I like it that way. I might look into how healthy it is to do oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, veggies and dairy for lunch, and meat and starch for dinner, because I naturally fall into it and it gives me a lot of energy while maintaining small portions, and it really conquers the appetite battles. I also am snacking less on the days I do that.
