Still fat at 212

So, I’ve just returned to 3FC and discovered I had started this blog, made one partial entry, and forgot all about it.  That is me.

I’m at 212 and I need to be at least 150 by Aug. 21 for a wedding I’ll be in.  My goal is still 140.  My plan:  start with exercise and then diet.  I don’t have the money to start SBD right now (not until the first part of March).  I hope to lose at least 5 pounds this month with exercise alone.  I’ll update as I remember :)

Today I start to blog my food diary.  Then maybe my exercise, but let’s start slow.

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs with a smidge of butter, decaf hot tea with 1.5 packet of Splenda and 2 tsp of creamer (which made it taste gross).

Lunch - 1 4oz piece of walnut crusted chicken (left overs I made) and a heap of broccoli florets with the rest of the butter packet from this morning.

Snack - 1 boiled egg, no butter.

Dinner - I’m not that far yet.  I’ll update as I make the discovery.
