		<description>I love these emotional moments before the game starts and now I am addicted to your day to day posts about the half-marathon run. Forget about the result and and the other runners, and on the day of competition just enjoy every single step you take to the finish line. Logically I should say good luck, but I beleive you don't need luck to enjoy running and that is really important :)</description>

		<description>When I lived in Ontario we got weather like that. Out here in Calgary we'd be lucky if we even hit 25. Theres an odd time we'll get a heat wave of 30 degree's but that's about it. Definitely take it slow when you get weather above 30...try a treadmill in a gym where theres air conditioning instead..(I know treadmills are brutal I hate them! Lol)</description>

		<description>The harder you train = more calories intake, if you're not eating enough calories and burning more your body is going to react in a negative way.

Maintaining isn't a bad thing sometimes our body just needs that break in order to get those last few pesky pounds off. 

I'm not on a diet I haven't changed anything through this process except added more fruit to the mix, water and veggies (the odd time). I eat normal food, smaller portions and my progress has been slow but it's still going. Don't be scared of the normal stuff just don't always over stuff yourself.
