I REEEEEACHHHH GOOOOAAAAALLLL!!! GGGGgggggOOOOOooooooAAAAAaaaaaLLLLLLLlllllllLLLL!!!!!! (sorry, Iwas letting out my inner 13 years old girl I think).
So today, on March 30th, on a cold but yet sunny day, on the day of my brother’s brithday (Happy birthday, bro!), I reached my weight goal that I had fixed myself in May 2011, about 10 months ago.
I’m a bit overwhelmed. I have to repeat to myself constantly that I’m at goal. I’ve done it.
It’s like the information was not totally included in my brain yet.
I weighed in this morning at 138.8 pounds. I checked the scale 3 times to be sure (scientific here, I always do triplicate or at least duplicate ;-) ) before running to the boyfriend to annoy him for about 10 minutes about how cool it is, and how I had to relax on the food right now (because, obvisouly, before the most important weight in a year, I was starving to death last night, no clue why), how glad I was by the fact that I was able to poop yesterday (had no significative answer from him on this one…), etc, etc, etc…
So today, I turn the page of the first chapter of my weight loss process after 10 months and 45.8 pounds lost.
However, it doesn’t mean the book is done too ;-)
I’ll definitely take the weekend off of ”weight loss” thinking to celebrate my acheivement and enjoy the boyfriend’s birthday party. This time also might helps to decide where I want to go from there (I’m starting to think that 135 lbs would be a great number…!)
Last night, I was getting stuff for the party at Zellers (some kind of Canadian target) and I happened to found this sweet mint cardigan (pastel are supposed to be super trendy this spring and summer according to Lauren Conrad blog).
