But do give yourself some credit. Yes, you can improve on what you ate today. But what you listed is 3 meals and a snack - that's not out of control eating. Do be proud that you didn't hit the vending machine - then go out there tomorrow and do even better. Progress not perfection! (BTW, love your blog title!)

Supermarkets carry a lot of pre-packaged fruits and veggies that can definitely help on those days you have no time!

What I do sometimes is grill chicken earlier in the week and put in the fridge~ great for wraps and quick sandwiches! Tuna is also a great way to get protein

Good luck with you

Yes the raw fruits and veggies as snacks are a good idea. You might want to add more protein as well to give your food more staying power in your digestion. simple carbs like toast/bagels/pasta digest really fast. Complex carbs 3G or higher in fiber per serving bread/pasta/brown rice, raw fruits, veggies will stay in longer because it takes longer for them to digest. Protein like low fat cheese, tuna, chicken, cottage cheese, yougurt makes you feel full.
I hope that helps.
Keep up the good work.

I just realized we're about the same weight and have the same final goal!

You can do this but you absolutely have to have your mind set on it. It was a very scary commitment for me to make because Im TERRIFIED of failing like Ive done MANY times before. Im sure its the same for alot of people. I just had a breaking point and couldnt stand it anymore...and somehow I know that this is the time Im actually going to suceed. I drooled over all of the weightloss goal pics on the 3fc forum for a couple weeks. Its really motivating!

Just take a moment to breath, relax and have fun at the wedding! =)

Feel free to visit my blog! We can motivate each other. =)

Hey!
I would def start planning in a couple snacks through out the day! I usually have 6 meals a day if I wake up at a reasonable hour and it REALLY helps! Im a really snacky person so planning snacks between meals and after dinner does wonders for me. Im never REALLY hungry and feel like Im constanly eating.

Another tip is to drink water! ALOT of water...keeps you fuller and has some kind of magical effect.

Good luck with your weight loss! =) Stay Strong
