ok so i meet with a nutritionist and a trainer tomorrow.  the y has a 7 week class where you meet with a nutritionist and a trainer twice a week.  i’m ready, but my cycle is here and i just feel big, bloated, and just hell like a stuffed turkey.  i’m supposed to get a massage tomorrow, but i feel like i need to reschedule.  i just don’t feel up to par.  oh well i’m going to get it together.  regardless of how i feel tomorrow i will be at the y getting my sexy back.  ookkkaaayyy!!!

Happy Valentine’s Day

Happy Valentine’s Day everybody.  Had a talk with my sister last night and she so put me in my place.  She said my problem is procrastination, and she’s right.  I have a lot going on, but I gotta figure this all out because it’s not going to change  or slow down any time soon.  Anyhoo I’m going to get ready to hit the sack.  I’m working on a 2lb loss for next week.

Happy Birthday to me

OK so I have had a wonderful birthday.  I have the best kids and the best hubby, and even my dog gave me a birthday card.  It was so cute.  I’m tired now though.  Basketball tomorrow and all that good stuff.

Not much going on today.  My son had a basketball game, so I didn’t eat before 8:30 so I’m hoping it doesn’t send my weight back up.  I still haven’t started working out yet.  I guess I will start that next week.  I clean tomorrow.  Friday is my B-day.  The boys have games on Saturday.  I reconnected with a friend and she might come over on Saturday. My son has a b-day party on Saturday  It’s going to be extra busy.  But that’s ok.  I gotta get it together somehow.  Anyhoo that’s enough for now just wanted to check in.  Hope everyone else is doing well.

Here we go again and this is the last time.

I can’t do this anymore.  I lose, and I gain it right back.  I start doing the dang thing and then I lose my motivation.  Part Life, and Part Lazy.  I have got to figure out how to get it together.  My friend is losing and she has less to lose than me so what does that say.  I have an old picture of myself not at my lowest weight, but when i was still looking good.  That’s not working.  I’ve told people. That’s not working.  I just don’t know what to do.  I know I didn’t put it on overnight so it’s not coming off overnight, but some progress would be nice.  My sister lost 10lbs last month.  Me I’ve gained 3.  I mean really.  What the Frankfritter?  So I’m going back to blogging and sparking, and whatever else can maybe help me.   So here I go again back up to 240 as of this morning, but I think some of that is that I ate late last night.  OH BOY!!!

Just sitting here

Just sitting here.  I’ve spent the last week Spring Cleaning.  Who knew I had so much junk and so little clothes.  I think I kept all that stuff in my closet so that it looked like I had something.  I’m tired.  It’s just a few weeks until Disney.  I think I could probably lose a few more inches.  I got through the 1st 30 days of P90X and ran into family, vacation, and some other things so I’m going to start over, but in just that month  I’m down a pant size.  I’m pretty excited.  Anyhoo I really don’t have much to say.  I guess I’ll talk to you guys later.

Day 1 of week 2 of P90X

OK so I’ve switched to the lean version and it’s just as hard.  Don’t let anyone fool you.  But my husband ended up in the hospital overdoing it on P90X and I was like who knew.  I’m not losing any weight yet, but I’m not really getting enough sleep either.  I’m thinking about putting up my scale until the 30 day mark.  I don’t know if I can do it though.  I’m just a little addicted.  Anyhoo.  I’m going to try and get some sleep now.

OH MY !!!!!

OK so started P90X this week and got through day 4 when something crazy happened.  My husband ended up getting put into the hospital for some rare muscle enzyme thing.  It’s so weird.  He basically worked out too hard, and didn’t hydrate enough and now he’s in there for I don’t know how long.  I’m taking off tomorrow so that I can speak with the doctor.  He’s a man and hasn’t asked a single question that has satisfied me.  SSOOOOO  I’m going up to the hospital as soon as I put my son on the bus so that I can speak with the doctor myself.  Especially since the doctor said that it could cause kindey failure. 

So my advice is to not overdo it when you exercise, drink plenty of water, and if you have cola colored urine or what looks like it could be blood in your urine then you need to go to the doctor immediately.  The name of what he has is Rhabdomyolysis and can cause kidney failure if not taken care of immediately.

I had never heard of it so I thought others may not have either.  So I wanted to warn you, don’t just brush it off if your urine looks funny go to a doctor.  And it’s not only P90X because it’s not the exercises, it’s that he over exerted himself and then didn’t get his fluids in.  If I find out anything besides this once I talk to the doctor I will let you all know.

Finished P90X day 3.  Sore, but I like it.  My husband is liking it too.  Gotta clean up tomorrow and I hope I can bend without hollering.  I’m tired so I’m going to go now.  TTYL
