What I have done so far today (and the day aint over yet!):
I woke up, I had my breakfast (estimated 45-50% cals from protein), I went to gym. Did that:
1) 8min run (=4min moderate + 4 min fast)
2) 14min Elliptical (=4min moderate + 4min hard + 4 min light + 2min moderate)
