FIdeal weekly workout schedule:
Monday: Nightime gym workout, minimum 45 min cardio, 45 min weights and abs. Cardio will ideally be treadmill/jogging.
Tuesdays: Afternoon gym workout, at least 33 minutes of elliptical and 50 minutes of yoga class.
Wednesday: Nightime gym workout, minimum 45 min cardio, 45 min weights and abs. Cardio will ideally be treadmill/jogging.
Thursday: Afternoon gym workout, at least 33 minutes of elliptical and 50 minutes of yoga class.
Friday, Saturday or Sunday: At least 1 day, if not 2 days out of these 3. 45 minutes of cardio (ideally treadmill/jogging) and 45 minutes weights and abs.
