Workout Goals

FIdeal weekly workout schedule:

Monday: Nightime gym workout, minimum 45 min cardio, 45 min weights and abs. Cardio will ideally be treadmill/jogging.

Tuesdays: Afternoon gym workout, at least 33 minutes of elliptical and 50 minutes of yoga class.

Wednesday: Nightime gym workout, minimum 45 min cardio, 45 min weights and abs. Cardio will ideally be treadmill/jogging.

Thursday: Afternoon gym workout, at least 33 minutes of elliptical and 50 minutes of yoga class.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: At least 1 day, if not 2 days out of these 3.  45 minutes of cardio (ideally treadmill/jogging) and 45 minutes weights and abs.

Workout goals, benchmarks I would like to meet consistently:

Jog for 8 songs at 4.5 mph: Completed on 11/12/08. 31:36

Jog for 8 songs at 4.5 mph: Completed on 11/18/08. same time, obvi..


Current workout goal is to Complete C25K which are recorded in my daily blogs.  But thanks for checking!! (update as of 9/8/09)
