		<description>Keep trying w the C25K - I do remember those weeks of things being too hard to continue - and I just kept repeating it, forgetting that it was "supposed to be" a week.  Who cares how long it takes if you get there, right?

I have a similar approach to you - when I have weeks when i can really focus, I get really strict with my eating &#38; exercise, because I often have weeks when i have to be more flexible.

When I did C25K I think it was around week 5 or 6 that I started having to repeat weeks until I was able to get through that level without dying so I could move on.  I remember one of them I repeated 3 times.  I never got injured, and I did make good progress, but I took it nice and slow. 

I'm proud of you for doing it - it's a tough program!</description>
