		<description>i like your 8 X 8 plan. smart idea weighing in on fridays. that's the day i choose too because i 'spend' my earned calories on fridays (costco snacks) or saturday and then they are burned off before the following friday. THIS week, however, in support of my dear daughter who just started dieting, i will switch to thursdays. she is at school on fridays and can't weigh in early. so we will weigh in on thursdays. i can always go back to fridays if she stops, right? :)
have a great week - you are doing it and sticking with it and not giving up. the way i look at it is if i don't try i will just get fatter and fatter. at least if i try and lose some but gain some i'm NOT going UP UP UP. don't want to be on a diet for the rest of my life, but you know, it will always be a battle.

		<description>Your food choices looked great to me - well rounded.  I don't think the granola bar was a bad choice - you need energy to get you through the day.  Have you downloaded the LoseIt! app?  I just did yesterday and I'm letting it tell me how many calories to eat a day (1400 or so - it depends on your height, weight, etc) and I'm going to try to stay under that.  One day down.............. :-)</description>

		<description>Now that we have faced the music, lets start to watch that scale go down!!!  I got your comment on Friday morning as I was leaving the gym and going to Chickfila.  I had JUST decided to get something a little naughty since I had a good workout but your comment motivated me to get my usual HEALTHY breakfast!  THANK YOU!!!  I need a little birdy in my ear all the time apparently.  I know how it is with vacations ruining everything... I feel like my life is a series of diets and vacations. 		<description>So you fell of the wagon, what's wrong with that? Everyone trips and falls, you only fall behind when you don't get back up and try again. Stop beating yourself up, this is a journey of love of yourself and loving yourself well. Breath! that is just a number it doesn't define you. You are more than it, you can not like it, but you can't feel beaten or down at all. Life sent you a curve ball, you struck out, its the next inning that last time  doesn't matter NOW, Come out here again. You cannot succeed this next time by being negetive to yourself!
